Scheme Objective:
To promote pursuit of higher education and technical education by younger population of Goa, to ensure that economic conditions and financial difficulties do not come in the way of such pursuit and, to assist eligible candidates by way of interest free loans to undertake approved degree and diploma courses at undergraduate and post graduate levels, in India or abroad.
Interest Free Education Loan (IFEL) Scheme for the academic year 2024-25.
Scheme open from 30th October, 2024.
The Goa Education Development Corporation is pleased to announce the Interest Free Education Loan (IFEL) Scheme for the academic year 2024-25.
The applicants are requested to download the form, fill in the details and attach the requisite documents in hard copy and submit the form & checklist in the GEDC office between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on working days.
The last date for submission of the form along with the requisite documents is 28/02/2025.
In case of students studying abroad, the Power of Attorney holder (parent) may fill the form as per the norms and submit within the stipulated duration as mentioned above
